Making Strange is a photographic series by Andrew Nuding that was presented at the Festival International de Mode et de Photographie in Hyères, France, as part of the Grand Prix selection in 2019.

The Dome Coats captured in this image are hand-felted wool garments built around a sculptural volume that extends away from the body. The form resists the conventions of tailored fit, proposing instead a relationship between wearer and garment defined by enclosure, weight, and presence.
